After all, if a child enjoys what he is doing, he is more likely to learn and retain that learning. We believe that it is important to nurture the whole child – the social, emotional, physical and intellectual development. We believe children need structure, order and routine throughout the day. This includes setting rules, limits and boundaries. We believe children learn best when they feel loved and cared for.
We believe that taking care of children is one of the most important jobs in the world. We take this responsibility seriously and pray constantly for God`s protection and guidance.
As followers of Christ, we encourage our teachers to use Christian principles as their guidelines. We will not go beyond teaching that Jesus is Son of God and that God is our father and creator who is the source of love -- No denominational doctrine is allowed.
We hope you feel secure and comfortable in leaving your child in our care. Our aim is to provide you with high quality childcare at an affordable price. We look forward to sharing in the growth process of your child.
Creative Learning Childcare serves preschoolers ages 12 months through 5 years. We offer age appropriate classrooms where each week parents receive a lesson plan letting them know what their child will be doing that week. Each day parents receive a "tattler" letting them know how their child`s day went.
As well, we offer skills assessments 2 times per year. Creative Learning provides breakfast, lunch, and 2 snacks a day. Our hours of operation are 6:30am to 6:30pm. Creative Learning also offers a School-Age program which serves children in kindergarten through 6th grade. We offer before and after school care, including transportation to and from school.
Once at the center, we have an active afternoon for children to release energy from being at school all day. Anytime public schools are closed (school breaks, snow days, or summer) we offer full day programs. We include crafts, games, and field trips during breaks.
