Bartlett Child Care Centers
Classes are kept to a low student-teacher ratio and often fill up quickly. Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. Program & Curriculum Nursery Program Infants (6 weeks-12 months) In the infant department, infants are cared for in a warm, loving way. The health, safety and security of the infants are of prime concern. At this young age, bonding is very important so our caregivers are encouraged to form relationships with each child. Physical, social, emotional, and intellectual activities are provided to encourage the child's development. Toddlers (12 months-24 months) Toddlers learn by moving, playing and experimenting. Toddlers at BCCC will be exposed to bright manipulative materials, which will help develop motor skills. Carefully selected learning activities will expose your toddler to basic concepts as well as open a new world of sights, sounds and experiences. Your toddler will be introduced to nursery rhymes, holidays, seasons, creative expression and colors. Language development is constantly encouraged through conversation, songs, finger plays and books. Young Twos (24 months-30 months) Two year olds have boundless energy, are curious and are growing in independence. At BCCC we have a child-centered environment where children can explore, achieve success and develop independence. Through units on nursery rhymes, opposites, shapes, vocabulary, songs, poems, stories, community helpers, independent thinking, colors, self-expression, holidays, seasons and sensory discrimination, academic skills are developed and language is encouraged. Fine motor development is facilitated through art projects, puzzles and building toys. Balls, riding toys, climbing equipment and plenty of outdoor play encourage large motor development. School Age Program Before & After Care (kindergarten – 12 years) If hanging out after school sounds fun to your school age child, BCCC is the place! After a long hard day of learning, kids spend the afternoon playing Nintendo, making cool art projects, challenging friends in table games, watching an approved video on the big screen, reading a book, listening to music and munching on great snacks. Other kids take advantage of the homework area and use their time to complete assignments. Whatever their choice, the daily goal is fun! Summer Camp Kids Zone Camp (1st grade - 15 years)
