Little Bears Pre-School

There is a planned nap time, and a curriculum is in place for all ages and levels of learning.
We offer full and half day programs with all teachers state certified for daycare, as well as CPR and First Aid certified. Breakfast, hot lunches and snacks are served daily. Our hours are Monday - Friday 6:30am - 6:30pm.
We also offer Before and After School Care, and a Bear Club Summer Camp for school-agers.
Our Staff:
Since its opening in 1987, Little Bears has grown from the 6 acre track of land with a little farm house to a beautiful 5 building facility with a well-manicured parklike playground. But, it is not the buildings and playground that makes Little Bears so special, it is the love you feel when you walk through the door. Every member of the staff, from the owner to the cleaning crew, truly love children. Most of the staff have been at Little Bears for almost 10 years. Some of the staff were students at Little Bears and are now in college and work in the afternoon program. Many of our parents have had several children at Little Bears, as well as nieces and nephews. We have even had one grandfather who had five grandchildren at Little Bears
at the same time! We would welcome your child at Little Bears.
Activities:
Since Little Bears Pre-School opening, it has been dedicated to give back to the community. Little Bears Staff, students, parents and grandparents are involved in many projects to help others, including: the annual Bartlett Lion's Club Pecan Sale, donations of layettes to Birthright, Comfort Bears to St. Jude, the Bartlett Police Department, and Bartlett Fire Department, and bikes and clothes to Youth Villages. Participation in the St. Jude Trike-A-Thon is an annual project that students enjoy, while raising money for the hospital. Many students participate each year in raising money for the Bartlett Animal Shelter.

These are the supplies that your child will need for most of the school year. However, we will be asking for some additional supplies if necessary during the second half of our school year as our supply runs out. Keep in mind that we use a lot of wipes and tissues.
Any colored or design folder for your child’s take home and daily report papers
2-Packages of Crayola Fat crayons 8 count (Classic Colors)
2- 100 ct or larger Assorted Construction Paper
1 Bottle of bug spray, if desired
3-Boxes Kleenex
