Total Resource, Inc. opened for business in June of 1996 as a way to provide staffing services for businesses in need of temporary staffing and to provide job opportunities to our temporary professionals. Soon we were not only fulfilling the demands for quality temporary staffing to our clients, but we were also afforded with the opportunity to provide Temp-to-Perm Staffing positions. This growth was outstanding and increased the benefits of both our clients and our pool of professionals looking to grow in their chosen careers.
To meet the growing needs of our clients, we began providing another new feature to enhance and optimize the ever-expanding employment needs: Employee Leasing and Payroll Services. Both of these new options offer our employers great techniques to optimize the services we can provide to their businesses. It is our goal to provide whatever Human Resource Services our customers are looking for, from drug testing or specific screening tests, labor cost analysis, or training.

Services Provided
At Total Resource, Inc. our service coordinators are personnel professionals trained to interview, screen, and match the right temporary for each position. We understand that at times you may have a need to use a temporary employee for special projects or to fill vacancies due to vacations, sicknesses, or increased demand during seasonal peaks. Other times you may have a need to use a staffing professional on a long-term basis which may be for several months or indefinitely. Of course there are also the "try before you hire" plans, the times you may be looking to fill a position with a permanent employee, but want to try him/her out on a temporary basis before you hire them on as a permanent employee.
