The Executive Search Services Division of WPS focuses on orchestrating full-search assignments in a wide spectrum of technical and specialized disciplines. Our Temporary/Contract placement option allows employers to have the employee they need, with the skills they require, for a definite or indefinite period of time. Fees for temporary/contract staffing include all costs associated with finding and placing the right employee. Costs can include recruiting and screening expense, payroll benefits, taxes and workers compensation insurance.

Temp-to-Hire/Contract-to-Hire
Our Temp-to-Hire/Contract-to-Hire placement option give employers the chance to audition an employee on a temporary basis before making a long-term commitment. Our Temp-to-Hire/Contract-to-Hire approach helps guarantee that we place the right person in the right position at the right company, thereby benefiting everyone involved.
