Our speakers are professionals from the industry who can speak to the very heart of our profession through experience and knowledge of what it takes to be the very best at what we do for a living. You are invited to expand your horizons by networking with peers and making new friends in the sales arena.
- Learn how to become a more polished and successful sales professional by improving your sales presentation and enhancing your people skills. New sales professionals as well as seasoned road warriors are encouraged to become members. Learn from the Pros.
- Sales Training workshops are offered four times a year at a minimal cost for members.
- Meet interesting people from a variety of sales backgrounds. Stay around after the meetings and get to know some of your fellow NASP members.
- Share your sales experiences with other sales professionals. Celebrate the successes and commiserate the non-successes. They can probably offer some great advice for the next sales call.
- Networking with business cards and brochure swapping is absolutely encouraged. People love to buy from those that they know.
- Every attendee at meetings gets an opportunity to do a brief stand-up introduction of themselves and their company and what products they sell.
- Free career enhancement hand-outs and sales tips as well as opportunities to purchased sales training-related information at various meetings.
NASP Monthly meetings. Features a noted guest speakers, presenting topics relevant to self-improvement, enhancement of sales skills, and motivation. Our programs are generally two hours in duration with the presentation accounting for 50-60% of the program. A gourmet plated lunch is included.
NASP Quarterly Educational Events. Formal training programs designed to enhance sales techniques and provide participants with solid sales management tips and insight into market trends. Each educational event ranges from three to six hours in duration. Depending on the subject, the presenter(s) comprise a mix of professional trainers, business leaders, or academicians. Training manuals/handouts are provided to all participants free of charge. CD copies of the proceedings are also for sale through the NASP office.
NASP Mentoring Program. A free mentoring opportunity for self-improvement to its members via various professionals within the membership.
NASP Networking. Our numerous programs and training events offer numerous opportunities for the professional networking that go far beyond the norm of day-to-day office interaction. Our networking opportunities provide valuable knowledge transfer, the chance to make new contacts, increase your sales quotas, and more.
