We are a small, family owned and operated business, all of our menu items are prepared from the freshest foods available in the area. We make what we serve, if you choose hand pulled pork, you can take it for granted that our hands did the pulling. Most of our recipes are family recipes which have been altered through the years, but we`re always looking for ways to make our products better. |

Located in the heart of the Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts Community, behind the Glades Arts and Crafts Center, the fermata cafe gives visitors a great place to take a break from browsing the shops of all the artisans. Available for weddings, rehearsal dinners, private parties, corporate functions or themed events, our goal is to please our customers in every respect; from the excellent food and fair, the decorations and atmosphere, to our friendly and courteous staff.
Fermata bakery
Custom cakes, made to order, for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays or any special occasion. Personal service is our specialty. We are a professional catering company serving Gatlinburg, Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, and the surrounding area. We serve our customers on-site at the beautiful Bluff Mountain Inn, in their cabins, private residence, offices, lodges or banquet halls.

Local musicians love to perform on our front porch. You can catch them there most weekends, or sometimes just when the mood hits them.
