Our goal is to provide a healthy indoor environment for our customers by removing many of the contaminants that live in structures, irritants that trigger allergic reactions, respiratory distress, household odors, and of course, dirt and germs. Following the call from you or your insurance agent / adjuster, Steamatic will visually inspect the damage to the structure and its contents. |

Steamatic
Fire, smoke and water damage is usually not totally destructive and many items can restored to their pre-loss condition. Your Steamatic representative will provide you with a Scope of Work and a cost estimate for recovery. Upon acceptance, the restoration process can begin quickly. Emergency preservation procedures for items that quickly deteriorate such as electronics and papers are promptly implemented. Steamatic restoration technicians will then evaluate items to determine if they can be cost-effectively restored. Carpet is an expensive investment and you want to take the best possible care of it to keep it looking great for as long as possible and to maintain your warranty. We recommend vacuuming weekly to remove abrasive particles that can damage the fibers and have it cleaned twice a year by the professionals at Steamatic. Oriental and area rugs can be picked up and cleaned at our facility, utilizing the same hot-water extraction method. They are then delivered back to you clean, dry and fresh. Is air duct cleaning really necessary? If watery eyes, sneezing and stuffy noses are common in your home, it could be a sign of dust, pollen, animal dander and even mold collecting in your ducts and circulating in your home. Signs Your Air Ducts May Need Cleaning Allergy flare-ups Rapid dust build-up on furniture Visible dirt, dust or mold on vents Decreased air flow During the cleaning process, registers and diffusers are removed, then cleaned and sanitized. Removing the built-up dirt and debris can also improve the air flow, helping your system perform more efficiently. Cleaner indoor air starts with good filtration. Filters should be changed every 3 months. Ask your Steamatic Technician about our custom-fit Scan Air Filters. Technicians will first stabilize the environment to control moisture levels if necessary. Areas with heavy mold growth will be cleaned, sanded, HEPA vacuumed or removed as necessary.
