The home of Benton Bed and Breakfast was originally built in the mid 30's and completed in 1936 by Broughton Biggs. Mr. Biggs relative was sheriff of Polk County at this time and is still well known through out the area. His relatives still reside in Benton. Later the Biggs home was sold to the Charles Nicholson family and their relatives still reside in the local area. Current owners, Robert and Sandra Praytor purchased the property in 1995, remodeled and lived in the home for the past 12 years before converting the house in 2007 to a Bed and Breakfast for all to enjoy.
Step outside your room at Benton Bed & Breakfast in the morning to the dining room for a Full Breakfast. After breakfast relax in our comfortable living room, read a good book, enjoy conversing with friends, family and new friends, or step outside and start your fun filled day. You also may enjoy our large front porch with that all important last cup of coffee.
We offer a Full Bed & Breakfast. Alcohol / Smoke Free environments. Dinner may be arranged. Meals and rooms that are all under one roof. No Children. No Pets.
Our Rooms: Hiwassee Room and Mountain View Room with Morning Sun. Ocoee View Room with Morning & Afternoon Sun. Benton Bed & Breakfast furnishings are Art Deco, Antique, and French Country. We offer queen and full sized beds, all rooms have a beautiful view of the mountains in the Cherokee National Forest of Tennessee. Sun rise over the Tennessee mountains will always be something you will remember for it's beauty and serenity during your Benton Tennessee Bed & Breakfast lodging.

We will be open for Holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas. Reserve a room or the whole house for you and your family. You enjoy the Season, we will do the cooking. While you relax, we will do all the Holiday work!
