Always maintaining the newest fleet in the state, it consists of Town Cars, Yukons, Navigators, H2 Hummers, full-size passenger vans, cargo vans, buses and 5 different sizes of stretch limousines. We have 6, 8, and 10-passenger stretch limousines. All are late-model, garage kept and non-smoking vehicles. They have the amenities you would expect--sun roof, privacy divider, TV, stereo, fiber optic mood lighting, ice and glasses and a telephone to the driver. For any occasion, Chariots will make your event complete.
Meetings and Events
Group transportation requires much organization and attention to detail--and we provide that! Operating 24 hours give us the ability to respond to the many details and changes that occur during a site visit, sales meeting or board meeting. Just email us what you have and we will provide pre-move spread sheets for your review. We can also offer greeters and site coordinators at the arrival point.
Shuttle Transportation
For groups of 100 or more, we can provide shuttle transportation for the Knoxville airport to downtown hotels. The guests are greeted in baggage claim at the bottom of the escalators with signage of your choice. The first shuttle departs the airport at 10:00 a.m. and departs every 45 minutes until 11:30 p.m.. You must make a reservation by email, fax or phone. Returns from the hotels start at 4:00 a.m.. and run on the hour until 4:00 p.m.
We have a vehicle for any occasion--sedans, SUV`s, passenger vans, mid-size buses, stretched SUV`s and stretched limousines. We understand the business traveler`s itinerary and accommodate changes in a moment`s notice. The vehicle and driver will be standing by for your convenience.
Our limousines have a 3-hour minimum except on New Year`s Eve, prom nights, major concert nights and home UT footballs games--those events carry a 5-hour minimum. Major sporting events such as the Super Bowl and the Bristol NASCAR races have an 8-hour minimum. Any event that has a minimum of more than 3 hours requires a $100 non-refundable deposit to book the vehicle, but is subtracted from the balance on the evening of service.
